Frames

Are the frames ready to hang?

Yes! Every EverFrame comes fully assembled with either a hanging wire or a sawtooth hanger, so your artwork is ready to display the moment it arrives.

Can I order a frame that stands on a table?

Absolutely. Our smaller frame sizes include a standing option that you can select at checkout—perfect for desks, shelves, or nightstands.

Where are EverFrames made?

All EverFrames are handcrafted locally in Ontario, Canada. Each piece is built with care by skilled framers who take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What sizes are available?

We offer a wide selection of frame sizes to fit your style and space. The easiest way to explore them is by previewing your photo in our online frame builder.

Popular sizes include:

  • Small: 5”x7”, 7”x5”
  • Medium: 8”x10”, 10”x8”
  • Large: 12”x16”, 16”x20”, 19.75”x19.75”, 19.75”x27.5”, 24”x35.75”

Can I replace the photo later?

Our frames are professionally sealed with kraft paper backing to maintain print quality and protection. For this reason, we don’t recommend replacing the photo once your frame has been completed.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and when ordering through our iPhone app, you can also pay conveniently using Apple Pay.

Is shopping with EverFrames secure?

Yes. Your payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted global payment platform used by major retailers. Stripe encrypts your payment details to ensure your information remains secure.

🧾 Orders

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@everframes.ca. Once your order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please reach out to info@everframes.ca immediately if you need to update your shipping address. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to modify delivery details.

Can you edit or remove objects from my photo?

We currently don’t offer photo editing services. Your final print will look exactly as it appears in your order confirmation preview.

🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically produced and shipped within 5–7 business days across Canada. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, EverFrames ships within Canada only. We plan to expand international shipping options in the near future.

What if my frame arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure each frame is packaged securely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@everframes.ca within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the damage, and our team will make it right.
